We are very proud to have the support of our Mission Partners: Bechdel Project - an organization dedicated to telling stories that pass the Bechdel Test.

 

There are just three criteria to pass:

 

The story must have at least 2 women.

They must talk to each other.

About something besides a man.

 

Founded by Kimberly Faith Hickman, Maria Maloney, and Jens Rasmussen - Bechdel Project intends to change the conversation by advocating for and creating new works that tell stories of multi-faceted women that are not just 'in relation to men.'

 

Bechdel Project is a marriage of art and activism, education and economics.
